Craighall Business Park is a key commercial development approximately one mile north of Glasgow city centre.

The seven acre site lies just off junction 16 on the Westbound M8 overlooking the Port Dundas spur of the Forth and Clyde canal. In 1999 Craighall Developments acquired the site from Glasgow City Council and together with Regeneration Services and assistance from Scottish Enterprise, set out with the aim of re-developing the derelict site to become a modern, vibrant commercial hub adjacent to the city centre.

When fully developed, the £30 million business park will provide over 250,000 sq ft of modern office accommodation within 17 office pavilions.

Over 100,000 sq ft of offices have already been built by local contractor Luddon Construction Ltd, and with these offices already sold the park is undoubtedly a major success. However in order to ensure continued growth, Craighall Developments have plans to enhance the sustainable aspects of the next phase of building designs.

The business park's designers, local Architectural practice Young and Gault have been commissioned to design the new pavilions to meet the BREEAM excellent rating by incorporating new green technologies such as photo voltaic panels and rainwater harvesting systems. There is also a plan to develop a sustainable energy source to provide heating to the park.
