The seven acre site lies just off junction 16 on the Westbound
M8 overlooking the Port Dundas spur of the Forth and Clyde canal.
In 1999 Craighall Developments acquired the site from Glasgow City
Council and together with Regeneration Services and assistance from
Scottish Enterprise, set out with the aim of re-developing the
derelict site to become a modern, vibrant commercial hub adjacent
to the city centre.
When fully developed, the £30 million business park will provide
over 250,000 sq ft of modern office accommodation within 17 office
pavilions.
